Department Overview
DRN a Motorola Solutions company equips LPR cameras to scan license plates every day building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries. DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily.
Job Description
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems pertaining to sales. Works with operations and vertical leads to identify gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales current systems processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems and workflows. May provide consultation to users in the area of Salesforce automated workflows and reporting. May work with crossfunctional linked teams to address business or systems issues within Salesforce. May include companywide webenabled solutions.
This candidate will help us assess our current Salesforce build solidify it and then help us refine our current opportunity types by vertical in addition to building out additional infrastructure for SCM and MVTRAC opportunities. Their main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Physically design buildout and enhance new and existing opportunity types
- Assess and update workflows and implement custom Salesforce solutions
- Maintaining current SF integrations in addition to implementing any new integrations from internal or external databases
- Assist in building enhanced reporting and dashboards
- Document workflows and create/update training material pertaining to Salesforce
Target Base Salary Range: $63800 to $127600 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
