WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- participate in the process of the opening of new stores and the re arrangement of the existing ones
- communicate with external partners and coordinate the different tasks
- direct cost tracking in current and new premises
- receive requests from all stores/departments regarding the premises
- handle store building issues in order to ensure that JYSK standards are observed
- be involved in administrative routines
- proceed with technoeconomic offers
- ensure that legal regulations are up to date

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- a strong individual detail oriented who is able to work in autonomy and under pressure
- a degree in Engineering or relevant degree
- 2 4 years experience in Facility management or construction will be highly appreciated
- customerfirst and problemsolving attitude
- ability to take initiative prioritize multitask and meet deadlines
- works focused and systematic
- a good tradesman who is skilled with good judgment on offers
- experienced in working in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- fluent in English (written & verbal)
- valid driving license
The job is based in JYSK Head Office in Athens however a quite often travelling activity (up to 50 within Greece and abroad should be expected.
