You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Rope Access Blaster/Painter (Level I/II) to join our offshore team in the oil and gas industry. This position requires professionals who are certified in Rope Access (IRATA Level 1 or 2 and have expertise in blasting and painting in offshore environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with surface preparation coating applications and working at heights combined with offshore safety certifications.
As a Rope Access Blaster/Painter you will be responsible for performing highquality industrial blasting painting and surface preparation work while utilizing rope access techniques to reach difficulttoaccess areas. The role also involves working closely with safety teams to ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Education:
High School Certificate (H.S.C) Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Certifications:
IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 Rope Access Certification (mandatory).
OPITOapproved TBOSIET (Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training).
H2S Awareness Certification.
NACE or SSPC Blasting/Painting Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
At least 4 years of experience in offshore blasting and painting.
Technicians with Gulf Region experience are highly preferred.
Physical Fitness:
Must be physically fit and capable of working in challenging environments including heights and confined spaces.
