Position: BMS & Help Desk
Qualification & Competency: Any Graduate (Science)
Experience - 1 to 6 Years
Salary: 12 to 14 K
Job Profile:
1) 24x7 Presence in BMS room as per shift operation Help desk for Utility Services.
2) Centre point of contact for all the facility activities.
3) Monitor the Fire alarm system. / BMS System.
4) Inform to Perkins team and firefighting team in case of any fire alarm
5) PA System Operation in the emergency.
6) Maintain the Complain register.
7) prepare the Power Diesel Water Graphs (Computer MS office proficient).
8) Prepare PR and follow up Daily MIS Data preparation Expense Record.
9) Safety Record and improvement tracking.
