Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead and manage our largescale SAP eCommerce or ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP project management strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful SAP deployments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage largescale SAP eCommerce or ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and sprint plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders technical teams and external vendors. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Manage project budgets ensuring costeffective use of resources. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings including kickoff meetings status updates and postimplementation reviews. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management. Proven experience in managing largescale SAP eCommerce or ERP projects. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent project management skills including planning scheduling and resource management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. SAP Activate Certification. PMP or SAP certification is a plus.
