Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Atlanta GA)to join our growing team!

**This position will be fulltime in an office in the Atlanta GA area. Candidates must be within commuting distance.**

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Momentive Software you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our nonprofit/associations & events sector. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and contributing to the expansion of our customer base within the nonprofit associations & events space. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting organizations with solutions that enhance their effectiveness and impact.

A Day in the Life

  • Prospect and generate new business leads within the nonprofit sector through various channels including cold calling email outreach social selling and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key decisionmakers within target organizations and understand their needs challenges and priorities.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects engaging in consultative conversations to uncover opportunities for Momentive Softwares solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or demos with the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and best practices in nonprofit & associations management to effectively position Momentive Softwares solutions.

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Must be able to come into office 5 days a week
  • Understanding of B2B Sales
  • Inside sales experience a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Motivation driven and a selfstarting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills
