Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Zoology Faculty member to join our team on a fulltime basis in Ajmer. This midlevel position requires a candidate with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in teaching and guiding students in the field of Zoology contributing to their preparation for competitive exams such as IITJEE & NEET.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive knowledge in zoology to develop and deliver comprehensive educational content.
- Proficiency in biology essential for integrating concepts that overlap with zoology. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven teaching experience in a classroom setting facilitating effective learning environments. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in zoology education.
- Understanding of animal behavior principles to teach behavioral patterns in various species.
- Knowledge in ecology to explain interactions between organisms and their environments.
- Strong grasp of genetics to elucidate hereditary traits and their implications on species.
- Familiarity with anatomy to teach anatomical structures and functions of living organisms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the educational standards and requirements of IITJEE & NEET.
- Conduct engaging and informative lectures tutorials and practical sessions in zoology for students.
- Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning and curriculum development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance teaching skills.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to individual students to aid their academic progress.
- Engage in research activities to contribute to the development of highquality educational materials.
