THE ROLE

Using discretion and judgment works with wholesaler to assist with territory; places calls and provides information about portfolio composition relative performance and product design; and develops and maintains relationships with registered representatives to promote the sale of MFS products and the retention of MFS assets while providing a superior service and CRM support for the territory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Works closely with wholesalers to implement ideas to generate new sales. Prepares weekly action plan and reviews it daily to determine each days call plan.

• Develops sales leads by applying the advanced selling techniques and methods. Provides sales support for the Directors in the maintenance of existing key clients relationships and the development of new accounts.

• Uses CRM system to maintain database record all client interactions and market for new

• opportunities.

• Contacts registered representatives to provide detailed information about MFS products and special offerings and promotions to enhance sales.

• Coordinates sales activities with Directors and Internal Sales Manager and other departments

• in the company. Organizes conference calls meetings and other activities.

• Sends out requested literature hypothetical illustrations and other sales supporting materials to prospective clients

• Develops communication and presentation skills to travel with wholesalers and make sales presentations and conduct adhoc meetings as necessary.

• Performs additional duties as requested.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.

• Strong presentation communication and organization skills required.

• Position requires FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations in accordance with MFSs licensing policy.

• Professional working proficiency in Spanish

Preferred:

• 02 experience at MFS (one year in a marketing position or client services) two years related experience at another financial services firm.

• Must have either an extensive knowledge of MFS products or experience with the sales of other financial products.
