Position Overview
Associates provide daytoday of investment banking mandates (merger & acquisitions capital raising and strategic advisory assignments) as well as support sector coverage and business development. Our bankers are engaged in industry verticals including providers / services payers information technology and life sciences / medtech.
Qualifications
Three years of relevant experience in healthcare investment banking
Experience in managing and training junior investment bankers
Strong educational background with a Bachelors and Masters degree preferred
Excellent business writing and financial analysis skills
Proven ability to work well in a fastpaced team environment
Outstanding work ethic
Must be willing to travel when necessary
Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $175000 to $225000 annually depending on location and jobrelated factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for shortterm incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
