Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vadodara. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries gather information and resolve issues
Empathize with customers and provide solutions following specified guidelines
Update tickets and escalate issues to concerned departments as needed
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Meet performance goals and participate in coaching and training
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Superior typing speed
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexibility in working hours
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
12 years of experience in International Voice Process
Any stream 12th Standard pass out / any stream Graduate / Post Graduate
18 years of age
