Job Description & Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will support the recruitment process by assisting in screening and coordinating interviews for candidates. This entrylevel role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary contact for the candidate throughout the process that includes and not limited to the following :

  • Schedulinginterviews
  • Conducting initial screening calls
  • Handling candidates Q&As
  • Act as liaison between the onboarding team and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate reportings and records Onboarding sheet
  • Maintain accurate Workday status updates for every candidate
  • Handle hiring for graduates program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
