Manage guest requests resolving issues promptly and professionally
Answer phone calls respond to messages and provide hotel information
Process guest payments handle currency transactions and balance shift receipts
Maintain accurate records including guest registration cards and incident reports
Monitor hotel security reporting incidents to management
Perform basic computer tasks including software navigation and report generation
Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and organization
Follow hotel policies procedures and safety protocols
Ability to work independently think critically and multitask
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
Competitive hourly rate $16$17/hr.
