Job Description
What youll be spending your time on:
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts providing guidance support and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations Product Tech and Program Managers to define data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable data models dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Drive datadriven decisionmaking by analyzing trends identifying opportunities and proactively addressing challenges.
- Establish and track key operational KPIs ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of insights to support business objectives.
- Advocate for best practices in data analysis visualization and data storytelling across the department.
- Continuously improve processes tools and methodologies to optimize efficiency and impact.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- Degree in Industrial Engineering Statistics Software Engineering Computer Science Mathematics or another quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst Team Leader.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
- Strong experience with SQL and ability to optimize queries for performance.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau Looker or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Python (especially Pandas) for data analysis advantage!

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.

- Experience working in an international environment fluent English required.
- Experience with data modeling BI/ETL development.
- Experience working with operational KPI Metrics.
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech companies
