Job Summary
This role is essential to managing the businesss internal systems support group responsible for ticket triage troubleshooting and development across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in technical problemsolving workflow development and systems integration.
Key Responsabilities
Manage and prioritize support tickets using ticketing tools (training provided for ServiceNow).
Communicate with stakeholders to gather relevant details and provide regular updates.
Assess ticket urgency and escalate when necessary.
Demonstrate advanced Excel skills including developing and optimizing VBA macros.
Troubleshoot and debug VBA code to meet enduser requirements.
Design build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
Debug and resolve issues in workflows handling conditions loops and complex logic.
Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint Forms and Outlook.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports adhering to best practices in data visualization.
Resolve data upload and integration issues using APIs and CSV protocols.
Verify and format data to ensure accuracy and integrity before uploads.
Maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support subscription dashboards.
Utilize advanced MS SQL skills for querying optimization and database management.
Leverage Python for data manipulation automation and analytics.
Manage and integrate data workflows within Snowflake for cloudbased data warehousing.
Execute ETL processes to extract transform and load data ensuring quality and integrity for Tableau dashboards.
Key Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Analytics or a related field (Bac 5
Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred training provided).
Advanced Excel and VBA development skills.
Experience with Power Automate Power BI and Tableau.
Knowledge of Snowflake integration
Experience in ETL processes MS SQL and Python development.
Stay updated on features tools and best practices for relevant platforms.
Maintain clear documentation for workflows troubleshooting steps and training purposes.
Provide clear effective communication for collaboration and stakeholder interactions.
