Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Agile evangelist mentoring teams in adopting frameworks like Scrum Kanban or SAFe.
- Agile Coach with relevant experience of minimum 6 years
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals in dataintensive environments.
- Drive best practices in ETL workflows data processing and cloudbased solutions AWS/Azure.
- Enable teams to design and implement scalable BI solutions to support analytics and reporting.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback.
- Partner with Product Owners and Data Engineers to ensure seamless integration of Agile principles in data operations.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach with handson expertise in ETL AWS/Azure and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Deep understanding of data pipelines cloud services and analytics platforms.
- Strong facilitation coaching and teambuilding skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Agile certifications (CSM SAFe PMIACP) are a plus.
