Sales Associate (Luxury sector)

Reporting to Boutique Manager
General Role
Responsible for all sales activities in store.Deliver quality and consistency of service includingidentifying customers needs developing client relationships sale anddelivering postsale services.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily store operations
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Calls on current and potential customers to establish and maintain client relationship
- Keep customers informed on new products or services changes etc.
- Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns
- Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
- Communicates feedback gathered through instore activities to store management
- Keeps records and reports on sales activities
- Respect all internal compliances related to sales & operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Capabilities:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in highend fashion luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Team player
- Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
- Likes fashion and appreciates quality products
- Fluent in English and Hindi. French is a plus
- Must be a good team player pleasant service oriented with good communication skills
- Basic computer skills.
