Overview
Immediate Hiring Need for a Production Supervisor
Full Time/Excellent Benefits Package
Monday Friday 2:30 11:00 PM (Overtime as required)
Position Location: Wichita KS (sign on bonus providedrelocation required)
Total Compensation: $90100K

Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflow assign tasks and address team queries within the department.
- Optimize production by managing costs minimizing waste and ensuring efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges including equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineering to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Supervise and train staff ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Apply LEAN tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with 1 year of manufacturing experience OR Associate degree with 6 years in manufacturing OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting or military experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
