Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Respite Care Provider Level IV at San Antonio TX. This is a great fulltime opportunity 36 40 hours work week schedule Monday to Friday excluding Federal holidays. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Respite Care Provider (Level IV) to support children youth and adults with special needs including those requiring specialized medical care. In this role youll assist with daily living activities provide emotional and behavioral support and perform medical tasks such as medication administration feeding tube care and tracheotomy suctioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily activities including feeding dressing hygiene and mobility
Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g. feeding pumps suction devices)
Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA LPN RN)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional empathetic demeanor
