We are seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join our growing team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications
A Day in the Life
The Sr. Software Engineer position is responsible for writing application code to contribute to the full lifecycle of development from concept to postproduction support and maintenance of server / OS / desktop / web applications and services. This position will develop application code contribute to versioncontrolled source code repositories and will manage assigned tasks to create measurable value and deliver software to market using industry recognized agile methodologies and best practices. This position will be located in our Pune Office.
In this role candidate will:
- Develop application code according to requirements and assigned tasks
- Contribute to lifecycle Flow and value streams by following prescribed methodologies and best practices
- Mentor and coach junior development team members
- Maintain balance of business and technical acumen in decision making
- Follow sourcecode management and work item tracking best practices
- Contribute to the estimation process during planning exercises
- Provide consultation to development management team

MustHave Skills:
- 6 years professional experience performing software development
- 1 years professional experience performing quality analysis tightly coupled to the software development process
- Expert knowledge with respect to the following:
- Visual C Modern C
- SQL Server (Fluent with stored procedures functions indexes views profiler tracing)
- Web Services (gRPC REST)
- ASP ASP Core and Web API
- Unit and integration tests (MSTest xUnit NUnit mocking)
- Expert knowledge of toolsets such as:
- Azure Pipelines
- Git
- Azure DevOps
Nice to have skills:
- React / Angular
- Containers Docker Kubernetes
- PowerShell
- Application Telemetry
- NuGet
- Postman or similar
- Swagger Open API GraphQL
SDLC Methodologies:
- Agile Scaled Agile
