Job Description
KeyResponsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Compliance Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS Indian GAAP SEBI regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Audit Coordination: Facilitate smooth audit processes by coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
- Strategic Planning: Drive budgeting and forecasting processes providing insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with finance teams to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on financial regulations and legislation affecting the company.

Requirements
MandatorySelection Criteria:
- M/MBA Finance Preferably
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as No. 1 or No. 2 in a listed company.
- Extensive experience in consolidation finalization audit and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting at both corporate and operational levels.
- Expertise in planning budgeting cost optimization and MIS.
- Handson experience with SEBI compliance.
- Proven experience in managing teams and serving as a strategic business partner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in a leadership role within a familyowned Indian company is preferred.
