Requirements
MandatorySelection Criteria:
- M/MBA Finance Preferably
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as No. 1 or No. 2 in a listed company.
- Extensive experience in consolidation finalization audit and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting at both corporate and operational levels.
- Expertise in planning budgeting cost optimization and MIS.
- Handson experience with SEBI compliance.
- Proven experience in managing teams and serving as a strategic business partner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
