Job Description
We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to support and drive the effective of projects and operational tasks across our district or region. In this role you will assistand in some cases leadproject teams manage deliverables track budgets and schedules and ensure highquality performance across multiple crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Twoyear technical degree (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience customerfacing project coordination experience (preferred). Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) strong organizational and administrative skills the ability to manage multiple data streams and multitask in a fastpaced environment strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support and coordinate multiple projects ensuring accuracy in task tracking and deliverable reporting.
- Manage smallscale projects from start to finish maintaining adherence to budget and timelines.
- Develop update and manage detailed project plans and coordinate successful project closeouts.
- Provide comprehensive job status updates during project meetings and proactively address issues.
- Escalate project challenges impacting timelines or budgets to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all required project documentation is obtained and properly maintained.
- Manage thirdparty vendors as applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead internal and external deployment meetings
