Job Description

*This role is open to applicants within a commutable distance of our Atlanta or Chicago offices and applicants across the Midwest and Eastern states.*

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to be a key member of the Business Leadership team in support of a leading CPG brand in the food industry. In this role youll be responsible in managing daytoday operations of key retailer partnerships and of omnichannel initiatives that drive impactful journeys for the clients customer base.

The ideal candidate thrives on uncovering consumer shopping behaviors has a strong understanding of media landscapes within the retail environment and brings exceptional organizational skills to every project. Highly motivated selfstarter who is comfortable working independently and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


HERES WHAT YOULL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Serve as a key point of contact for specific retail shopper executions and external partner collaborations contributing to workflows that align with account needs.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with retail media networks (e.g. Walmart Connect) and other integrated commerce initiatives to support client goals while providing innovative ideas to address client challenges.
  • Independently manage endtoend of projects ensuring deliverables meet agency standards align with client processes and are delivered on time while fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison for client requests translating them into actionable workstreams and leading crossfunctional efforts to deliver successful outcomes for key retail clients.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director and internal team in a fastpaced everevolving client environment adapting to change while supporting junior team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Review creative and copy against project objectives strategy briefs offering clear and concise feedback to maintain quality and alignment.
  • Participate actively in client meetings and lead status calls with the client and external partners when required.
  • Utilize agency tools including creative briefs creative reviews asset delivery handovers and clientfacing presentations to ensure seamless .
  • Establish and maintain strong effective relationships with multidisciplinary agency teams.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities by staying organized managing time effectively and addressing timesensitive tasks as an innovative problem solver.
  • Create estimates with a solid understanding of fee structures and clientspecific parameters and contribute to larger SOWs or retainer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of the agencys offerings mission and vision.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned while embodying Momentums core values.


HERES WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 4 years in the marketing field with a strong preference for experience in the commerce or CPG industry.
  • 2 years agency experience or working with agency partners
  • Positive leadership skills with a teamfirst mentality inspiring motivating training and mentoring team members while fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Experience working with retail media platforms is a plus.
  • Polished professional demeanor with the ability to project confidence and enthusiasm for the business.
  • Proven success in managing projects and excelling in clientfacing roles demonstrating an ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • History of building effective working relationships across diverse teams fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial aspects such as billing reports invoicing and project financial maintenance including the ability to create accurate estimates.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple teams.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
