Dietary Supervisor
The Allure Group islooking for a Dietary Supervisor to join the team at our Skilled NursingFacility in Brooklyn NY!

Dietary SupervisorResponsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient food production andmeal service to all residents
- Develop food preparation distribution andsanitation schedule
- Assist in the recruitment interviewing and selectionof dietary personnel
- Adhere to all fire safety infection controlconfidentiality resident directed care and resident rights regulations andguidelines
- Ensure staff compliance of dietary procedurespolicies and responsibilities
- Assign supervise and direct food service toall service areas
- Forecast needs of the department and report tonecessary personnel
Dietary Supervisor Requirements
- Degree from accredited college/university orcompletion of the 120hour course of Dietary Management
- One year of food service supervisory experience
Preferred
- Previous experience in longterm care
