About the opportunity

• Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure highquality care delivery for residents in aged care settings.

• Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents ensuring optimal physical and emotional wellbeing.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards including those related to medication administration infection control and patient safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians physiotherapists and social workers to provide comprehensive care.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.

• Manage the budget and resources allocated for clinical care ensuring costeffective care delivery without compromising quality.

To thrive in this role you will have:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse with significant experience in aged care settings.

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with experience leading a clinical team

You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:

• NDIS Clearance OR Application and recent Police Record Check

• Valid work rights in Australia
