Job Description
What You Can Expect
As the Site Administration Intern you will support all aspect of daily operations and logistics. You will also have routine contact with the Iowa University team Campus services and various vendors. Additionally you will process correspondences purchase orders invoices power plant fuels information and assist with required reporting.
- Reviewing and processing financial processes including purchase orders and invoices
- Identifying of potential delays or breaks in the workflow and process improvement
- Assist with preparation and review of fuel related reports for solid fuel and natural gas purchases
What Youll Bring
- A minimum pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration Environmental Sciences Sustainability Engineering or related fields anda GPA of 3.0 or greater
- A proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Project
- Students can work up to 20 hours per week while enrolled in an active semesterand up to 40 hours per weekduring breaks (spring summer and/or winter)
- Ability to work during the hours between 7:00am 3:30pm

- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Compensation
Hourly Range: $21.00 $25.00 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.
