Senior D365 Dev - Cons

The senior consultant Developer for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) is responsible for overseeing the development implementation and maintenance of D365 F&O solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders project managers and other developers to deliver highquality solutions that meet organizational needs. A strong understanding of DevOps practices and the Lifecycle Services (LCS) platform is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Offshore Team Management

• Lead offshore team of developers in the design development and implementation of D365 F&O solutions .
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Technical Expertise

• Develop and maintain customizations integrations and extensions for D365 F&O.
• Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O features and industry trends.

Solution Development

• Design and implement technical solutions that address business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct first code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Implement and oversee unit testing and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS)

• Implement and manage DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) in D365 F&O projects.
• Utilize LCS for project management environment management and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of DevOps tools and processes within the D365 F&O environment.
• Automate build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or other Microsoft technologies are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in D365 F&O development.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
• Strong background in ERP systems particularly in finance and operations modules.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in X
• Web services SoapRest and Odata .
• C# .NET is a plus .
• SQL Server and other relevant technologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Power Platform Power BIpower automate and other Microsoft business applications.
• Expertise in DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Handson experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation and integration Azure technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with D365 FO modules (Finance Supply Chain Retail etc..
