UNBs Centre for Learning Futures supports innovative and transformative academic professional and personal teaching and learning opportunities across a variety of modalities. The Centre for Learning Futures a new unit is home to UNB Online/College of Extended Learning which includes academic professional and executive education Teaching and Transformative Learning Experiential Education English Language programming as well as the Centre for Musical Arts and the Art Centre.

Standard Work Hours: Mon Fri 8:15 am 4:30 pm 36.25 hours per week
Salary Range: $23.48 $27.26 per hour
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to Supervisor of Client Services the Client Services Representative (Secretary PL4 acts as the first point of contact for clients and other members of the public and University community for all units housed under the Learning Futures umbrella. The primary responsibility of the position is to provide clients with accurate information answer questions and assist with registration and fee payment services for the wide variety of programs services and courses offered. On a weekly basis the incumbent handles hundreds of client interactions (providing information course registration and fee payments) in person by phone and electronically.
