Job Profile :
- Responsibleforprovidingfinisheddiestoforgeshopforproduction.
- Handleddevelopmentofnewprofilediesrounddies&toolingsasperdrawing.
- DeftlyfollowedupprocessesforpreparingdieslikedielayoutVMCmachiningoperationsandotherconventionalmachinesoperation.
- Activelyparticipatedinachievingforgeshopproductiontargetswithappropriateproblemsolvingsolutionstonullifyit.
- Involvedinthe manufacturing&machiningprofileaswellasroundforgingdieswithtooling.HandledFollowupforrawmaterial.
- Involvedinthe arrangementofscheduleprogrammedforTPMcirclemeeting&givetrainingtonewjoiningemployeesonthe shopfloor.Supplyingtoolingasperdrawingrecordsofinspectionmaintaintoolcribstockasperforginga planroutingdailytoolmaintenance.
- HandledVendorfollowupsupplyingmaterialstothe vendorformachining&receivingitwithfinisheddieswithinthe requiredtimeputinspectionrecordsforthesame.
- ManagedRecordsfordiehistorycardsdetailsdailytoolrecordsfortoolroom.Issuedcold&hotforgingdiestoproductiondept.
- Handledeverydayplanningoftoolingforproductionreducedmanufacturingcostusingpropertooling.
- Workedinthetoolresharpeningsectionandorderednewtoolsasperproductionrequirement
- Toplan&utilize&controlina manwithmethod&Machinewiththe material.
- Responsiblefordailydiemfgforcoldforgingwarmforgingandhotforgingasperplanmaintainbackupdiesfornextplan.
- Developmentofnewwarm&coldforgingdies.
- Dieshopvendordevelopment.
- DocumentationofISO.
- Speciallyworkingincoldforgingdiemfg.&Responsibleforcoldforgingproduction.
- MaintainingTPMRelatedactivities&document.
- Maintainmaterialstockateverystageofdiemfg.
- ControlledallERPrelatedactivities.
- Plana monthlyproductionschedule.
- Planmonthlyrawmaterial.
- Daily&monthlyplanrelatedtoPPC.
- Negoationwithsupplierstomeetquality&costobjective.
- DevelopandimprovesupplierKPI
- Followupwiththe suppliertogetmaterial intime.
- Maintainrecordsofallsuppliersrelateddocuments.
- Raisepurchaserequestions.
- Followupwiththeaccountingdepartmentforvendorpayment
- Arrangetransportforthe collectionofmaterial
- Solvesupplierrelatedtechnicalissues.
