Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and manage the Accounting Department. This role requires strong financial expertise leadership skills and the ability to assist the Financial Controller in driving financial efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R) Accounts Payable (A/P) and Payroll operations.
- Develop budget forecasts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow to optimize financial health.
- Assist the Financial Controller with financial planning and decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of A/R A/P payroll and cash flow management.
- Experience in budget forecasting and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Background in the food industry is an asset but not required.
Salary:
$120000$150000
