Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Enterprise Processes:
- Analyse and optimize manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to align operations with organizational objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare Standard Work Instructions (SWI) to standardise processes.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate records of process changes and improvements.

Microsoft Office Proficiency:
- Utilize tools like Excel Word and PowerPoint for data analysis reporting and documentation.
- Prepare charts graphs and visuals to support decisionmaking.

Industrial Engineering (IE) and ProblemSolving:
- Use IE principles to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Apply lean production tools to eliminate waste and improve workflows.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize resource utilization.

AutoCAD Expertise:
- Design and update manufacturing layouts and process flows using AutoCAD.
- Interpret technical drawings to support facility planning and improvements.

Line Balancing and CostSaving Projects:
- Independently perform line balancing to optimize workforce and machine use.
- Initiate and lead costsaving projects ensuring timely .
- Encourage team participation to achieve process improvement goals.
