Position Summary
Seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) who has some experience working for a smaller Cyber company and can Lead Manage & Double a Team of 5 Account Executives. The previous RSD was just promoted! The new RSD will be responsible for: Coaching & Growing Your Team Enhancing / Implementing Sales Strategy & Driving Pipeline Growth Across Your Territory!
Job Responsibilities:
Manage & Grow an Exceptionally Driven Sales Team from 5 to 10 AEs by Identifying Potential Candidates Hiring New Retaining Your Existing Elite Team & Killing Your #s!
Actively Train Develop & Motivate Your Sales Talent through Leading by Example OneonOne Training Being in the Field w/ Customers 75 of the Time and Coaching AEs as Needed.
Perform all Personnel Management activities for Staff including Recruitment Training Performance Evaluation & Salary $s.
Encourage Professional Development through Coaching & Actively Helping Close Business.
Motivate Potential Candidates and Paint a Compelling Picture of a promising Career Trajectory at our company.
Help Improve Sales Methodology on an OrganizationWide Basis. This includes Teaching AEs How to Prospect Identify Qualify Follow Up and Most Importantly Close Deals.
Help & Teach How to Pitch Cybersecurity Software Persuasively to Fortune 1000 Corporate Clients.
Insure Your Team Maintains a High Volume of Cold Calls & EMails Help Them Build Strategic Client Relationships Teach the Finer Points of Successful Selling and How/When to FollowUp.
Teach AEs How to Manage the Sales Process From Discovery to Close.
Help Them Close MultiMillion $ Deals!
Qualifications:
Desired Background Information Security Services Sales with a Technical Understanding of: IAM Identity & Access Management Information Risk Assessment Data Security Managed Security and Security Engineering Services.
510 or more years of Industry Experience Selling and Managing for a CyberSecurity Software Company (see above) Information Security Systems Integrator or Cybersecurity Consulting Firm.
Some Technical Background in the Information Security space is a !
Broad Understanding of Identity and Access Management Information Risk Assessment Application Security Managed Security and Security Engineering Services.
Strong Relationship Building Skills.
Experience Developing Relationships with Senior Client Executives (CISOs CIOs CEOs)!
You Need a Strong Business Acumen and Aptitude to understand the Key Business Drivers and Financial Knowledge to Develop ROI Models.
Prior Sales Team Building Experience Personable Outgoing and Fun to be Around Personality Traits Are a Must!
Base Salary: $200000.00
OTE: $400000 No Cap RSUs (Stock) Full Benefits Package All Expenses Upward Mobility
