Position: Barback etta Scottsdale Quarter
What You Will Do:
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate our guests
- Adapt to accommodate the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
- Maintain a highlevel of professionalism and community
- Ensure there is always enough backup liquor
- Retrieve alcohol from the storage area if the bartender runs out
- Change kegs when necessary
- Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar
- Wipe down tables and bar tops
- Restock garnishes mixes glasses and ice
- Respect guests right of way
- Support the bartenders to ensure that guests are attended to
- Other tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must hold a Food Handlers card from an ANSIaccredited program and an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABCaccredited program
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for a 68 hour shift
- Ability to clearly articulate guests needs to teammates
- Professional reliable friendly and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
- Must be able to work flexible hours (days nights weekends holidays)
- Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
