Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Job Description:Deorwine Infotech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship opportunity offers handson experience in various HR functions including recruitment onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process to facilitate a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in fulfilling them in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for employee development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and ensure data integrity.
Job Types: Fulltime Fresher Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday
