Job Description
Our client who are specialist a Sub Contractor within the Flat Roofing industry are seeking an Estimator to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in flat roofing single ply membrane and liquid waterproofing.
Candidates who have previously worked on the tools or within site management or project management roles and would like to move into estimating could be a good fit or likewise Estimators who may like to move into a new industry.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Preparing Tenders
- Performing take offs using Bluebeam and Excel
- Ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach in chasing up tenders and information
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Flat Roofing advantageous
- Estimating background
- Analytical and good relationship builder
- Previous use of Estimating software

The chosen Estimator will work full time in the office Monday to Friday.
