What is this role like
The Executive Assistant will work closely with our leadership team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure no detail slips through the cracks. This is not your average calendarandtravel role were looking for someone whos proactive detailobsessed and excited to grow alongside a fastmoving team.
- Partner with the executive team to drive key priorities operational rhythms and crossfunctional alignment.
- Act as a sounding board and strategic advisor helping shape communications decisions and planning processes.
- Lead or support highimpact projects across product operations hiring or GTM wherever help is most needed.
- Own internal meeting cadences offsites and strategic updates.
- Help anticipate risks resolve bottlenecks and bring clarity to chaos.
- Drive special projects (internal or external) from idea to with minimal oversight.
What (we think) you need to be successful but surprises welcome:
- Education B.A. B.S. or MBA in Finance Data Computer Science or other STEM fields from a top school proven academic records entrepreneurial drive and portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate how you think are critical to our evaluation.
- 35 years of experience in consulting product strategy or founder/earlyops roles.
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and executivefacing.
- Strong problemsolver with good judgment and a bias for action.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure where none exists.
- A true force multiplier you make those around you better.
- Passionate about building learning and doing things that dont fit into one box.
