What Im Looking For:
- Completed BSc in IT or a related field.
- SQL Mastery: Expertise in writing complex SQL queries (including joins subqueries and window functions) and experience optimizing performance for large databases.
- Database Design & Optimization: Experience with schema design indexing strategies query optimization and normalization/denormalization. You know how to make a database fast scalable and efficient.
- Handson Experience with SQL Databases: Deep experience with at least one major SQL database system like SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or Oracle. Bonus points for NoSQL knowledge as well!
- Data Integrity & Security: You understand the importance of maintaining data accuracy consistency and security and have experience implementing best practices for data governance and privacy.
- Problem Solver: You enjoy working on challenging problems and finding creative ways to optimize and streamline data processes. You can identify bottlenecks troubleshoot performance issues and offer solutions that improve system performance.
