The Opportunity
The Treasury Analyst will support the Treasurer Infrastructure and Market Risk in daily transactional operational and reporting tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams (funds asset companies boards stakeholders) and external partners (financiers advisors legal counsel coinvestors service providers to support debt transactions derivative and operational management of debt facilities.
You will make an impact by:
- Support debt transactions including debt raising and refinancing for infrastructure projects and prepare financier information.
- Provide modelling and trade support for OTC derivatives and assist with term sheets and pricing templates.
- Manage debt facilities including administrative tasks compliance and liaising with stakeholders.
- Conduct financial instrument valuation across debt and derivative products.
- Prepare reports and presentations for committees and boards and monitor market risk and counterparty exposures.
About You
We are seeking a collaborative and detailoriented individual with a passion for finance and strong analytical skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A degree in a financial discipline is required; an advanced degree in Finance is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in corporate finance treasury or financial management.
- Basic understanding of corporate cashflows interest rate risk and corporate debt instruments.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills in a finance environment.
- Selfmotivated able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and eager to develop skills in the industry.
