What youll do
In this role youll:
- Be a part of our Contentious Construction team who are featured in the inaugural Legal 500 Green Guide UK working on a range of construction and engineering disputes.
- Cover all aspects of risk management strategic advice and dispute resolution including adjudication litigation and other forms of ADR.
- Work closely with national and international clients on major disputes and dispute avoidance strategies.
- Engage with emerging issues and disputes in the rapidly evolving landscape of utilityscale battery storage and solar farm projects including financing issues catastrophic failure as well as delay and availability problems.
What were looking for
Were looking for a collaborative and driven professional who will thrive working within the EPIC team and across the firm more broadly with:
- 1 years PQE in a contentious construction or dispute resolution team.
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand your network within the industry.
- Able to demonstrable an interest in one of our key sectors such as Energy & Infrastructure or Retail & Consumer.
- A shared passion for innovation collaboration achieving great things together.
