Job Summary
A leading agency is seeking a skilled Sr. Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employee benefits clients while providing comprehensive service and support. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent client relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the employee benefits book of business.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on benefit plans compliance and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay informed about industry changes market trends and regulatory updates to provide proactive advice to clients.
Conduct regular client reviews and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings.
Utilize the AMS Sagitta system to manage client accounts process new business and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive in the employee benefits or insurance industry.
Indepth knowledge of employee benefits products compliance regulations and industry best practices.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Proficiency in using AMS Sagitta or similar agency management systems.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CEBS Group Benefits Associate) are preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field.
