The role
This role is all about leading a team to deliver outstanding financial operations ensuring highquality services that meet customer needs and comply with legislation policies and procedures. As Team Leader EM Operations it will be your job to effectively manage resources coordinate operational activities and foster strong relationships to identify and resolve client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
A key challenge of this role is maintaining high customer service standards while navigating tight deadlines in a highvolume environment while leveraging technological improvements to enhance payroll processes and demonstrate proactive leadership to drive continuous improvement and exceptional outcomes.

What you will bring to the role
Proven leadership qualities including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with legislation and policies while driving continuous improvement.
A proactive approach to problemsolving with the ability to identify and implement innovative process changes in financial operations.
Exceptional ability to manage team resources effectively delivering accurate financial services that meet service level agreements
Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries efficiently resolve conflicts professionally and deliver exceptional client satisfaction through clear communication and empathy in customer service.
Key knowledge and experience:
Demonstrated experience working in Expense Management including the management of Purchase Cards and Travel
Previous people leader experience would be highly regarded
