Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Packaging Industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and training to support their success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure product availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Packaging Industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the Packaging Industry.
- Ability to travel within the Western Cape region as required.
- Drivers license and own vehicle.
