Position Title: HR Recruiter Executive

Reports To: HR Recruiter Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process endtoend from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The HR Recruiter Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring we attract hire and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards career pages and social media platforms.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Candidate Management:
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the companys reputation as best place to work.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Work closely with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Provide analytical and welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc..
- Handson experience with various selection processes (video interviewing phone interviewing reference check etc..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
