Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technician Diesel Mechanic for Godrejs forklift and stacker equipment. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of AC electrical systems or prior experience in the forklift industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sound knowledge of AC electrical systems or experience in the forklift industry.
- Must have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Must possess a 2 Wheeler and demonstrate 100 willingness to travel as required.
- Flexibility for travel and owning a smartphone to generate service reports is necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Visit customers as per call allocation to attend to PM and breakdown calls for electric and diesel forklifts.
- Provide efficient and courteous service addressing customer concerns during each visit.
- Ensure all service reports are generated promptly and accurately using a smartphone.
