Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with 100 customers daily via MediBuddy app leads
- Convert leads through scripted consultations
- Share information about specialty services and surgical care
- Achieve monthly sales targets (avg. 12 IPD conversions)
- Maintain 3.5 hrs daily talk time 66 hrs/month)
- Resolve customer queries & ensure satisfaction
- Maintain call quality and process compliance
Eligibility & Skills:
- Any graduate (medical/clinical background preferred not mandatory)
- 6 months to 6 years of inside sales/telesales/customer support experience
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Good communication negotiation & selling skills
- Targetdriven selfmotivated MS Office proficiency
- Team player with a willingness to learn
Compensation:
- Net Pay:/month
- Max CTC: 3.6 LPA
- Incentives: Up to 2.5 LPA based on performance

- 1week paid training with mock call evaluation
