Your Mission and Impact
As aSenior Safety Coordinator youll be part of a growing safety team spanning the United States. You will work with our field teams to ensure safety standards are met with a focus on both immediate safety needs and longterm preventative actions. By evaluating safety data and trends youll help design and implement strategies that not only protect our people and equipment but also drive continuous improvement in how we approach safety across all regions.

About the Role
Senior Safety Coordinator
- Mission: To proactively engage with teams ensure safety compliance and evaluate data to develop preventative strategies that foster a safetyfirst culture.
- Summary: Youll perform regular safety audits analyze trends and lead initiatives that improve safety practices. Your ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision will be key to your success in this role. By helping us identify risks before they become incidents and guiding longterm safety initiatives youll be a strategic part of our mission to provide safe and innovative subsurface solutions.
- How You Contribute: Your work will directly support ProVacs growth by ensuring safety is embedded in every part of our operations and by identifying areas for improvement that keep our teams and equipment running smoothly.
What Youll LOVE to Do:- Conduct weekly safety audits and analyze hazard reports to maintain and improve our compliance rate.
- Deliver effective safety training including onboarding and specialized events with a focus on continuous learning.
- Perform equipment inspections and create preventative maintenance schedules based on data analysis.
- Lead incident investigations analyze root causes and implement longterm corrective actions.
- Identify safety trends and proactively engage in strategic planning to prevent future issues.
- Work independently on projects driving them to completion with minimal supervision and contributing to the overall safety culture.
