Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework with extensive handson experience in building and maintaining complex web applications. This role involves designing developing and optimizing applications leading project initiatives and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Design and manage efficient database systems using MySQL.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate userfacing components with serverside logic.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to support their professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Laravel and fullstack development.
- Proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
- Strong experience with MySQL database management.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Excellent problemsolving leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit testing and testdriven development (TDD).
