Key Responsibilities:
1. BIM Modeling & Coordination:
Develop 3D models of raised floor layouts mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems and other infrastructure components using Revit.
Coordinate with project teams to integrate the raised floor design into the overall data center model.
Ensure that all models adhere to projectspecific BIM standards and guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit with experience in BIM 360 Navisworks and AutoCAD preferred.
Experience: 35 years of experience in BIM modeling preferably in data center construction or related projects.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of raised floor systems data center infrastructure and MEP coordination.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication problemsolving and teamwork abilities.
