Job Description
- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop implement and manage sales strategies to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial projects.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients brokers and channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends customer preferences and pricing strategies.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closure including negotiations and contract signing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing finance and project teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and effective .
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the client journey from inquiry to possession..
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
- Networking: Ability to develop and maintain relationships with brokers agents and other industry professionals.
- Mandatory Requirement:Ownership of a 4wheeler is requiredfor this role to facilitate travel to client sites and project locations.
