Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient Center Manager
Location: Raytown MO
Schedule: Full Time
Incentives: $10000 SignOn Bonus
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist/Center Manager for our Raytown MO location. We are looking for a motivated selfstarter with internal drive to grow the business through quality care and active development of relationships with referral sources.
Our Raytown MO clinic is within 15 minutes of the Plaza and downtown Kansas City. This location has 2 full time PTs and 1 part time PT treating primarily a general outpatient orthopedic population from teens to geriatrics. We have specialization across the market in pelvic floor vestibular/concussion rehab Oncology Rehab Dry needling FCEs and work conditioning. Our mentorship program is key for professional growth and development. We provide collaboration with numerous therapists that have manual therapy certification fellowship/residency training and are active in the education department.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians employers payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industryleading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
