Personal Tax Senior Leading Accountancy Firm Leeds
Location: Leeds West Yorkshire
Salary:per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Fulltime Permanent
Are you an experienced Personal Tax Senior looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a highly regarded accountancy firm Our client a growing and forwardthinking practice based in Leeds is seeking a talented professional to join their Personal Tax team.
The Role:
As a Personal Tax Senior you will play a key role in providing highquality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of private clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering information from clients for tax advisory projects and liaising with other departments and third parties
- Assisting in the provision of tax advice
- Supporting clients with their ongoing compliance needs ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying advisory opportunities from the compliance portfolio
- Supporting senior tax team members with adhoc queries across the wider business
- Staying up to date with tax legislation identifying key changes and escalating potential issues to senior tax leaders
- Onboarding new clients including preparing risk management documentation
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications: AAT / ATT qualified as a minimum (CTA/ACA/ACCA desirable)
Experience: Strong practical knowledge of Private Client Tax
ClientFocused: Experience of working directly with clients and delivering an outstanding level of service
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams
Desirable: Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
